Invest inProperties close to the sea in southern Stockholm

A property developer is constructing 19 tenant-ownership units south of Stockholm. Planning permissions has been granted and ground work is due to begin shortly. The first unit is due for completion in April 2019 and occupancy will begin in the month of May. The loan runs over approximately 6–12 months with a 12% annual return and it is secured by a real estate mortgage, a restricted surety and a share pledge.
