A property developer is converting a rental property in central Gothenburg into 13 tenant-ownership units. The renovation is in full swing and 10 out of 13 apartments have already been completed. The investment is over approximately 6–18 months with the option for amortisation. The annual return is 11% and the loan is secured by a real estate mortgage, surety and share pledge.
