Invest inSemi-detached houses close to the city in Älvsjö

An experienced property developer is building five co-operative housing units in Älvsjö, just outside central Stockholm. Sales are ongoing and three of the five units have been sold so far with binding contracts. The semi-detached houses are expected to be completed in September 2019. The loan is over 10 - 16 months with 10% annual interest and is secured by real estate mortgage, directly enforceable guarantee and share pledge.
