Invest inFamily-friendly mountain chalets in Idre
Invest in the construction of 22 co-operative housing units in Idre Fjäll in northern Dalarna. Construction is ongoing and three housing units with a total of six residential properties have been built. At present, 50% of the properties have been sold with binding advance agreements and the move-in date is planned for Q4 2019. The loan is over about 12 - 24 months with an 11% annual return and is secured by real estate mortgage, share pledge, directly enforceable guarantee and limited personal guarantee.
