Invest in a property project consisting of 27 apartments in Borås. Sales commenced at the end of October 2017 and 12 of the apartments have already been sold with binding advance agreements. The investment offers an 11% annual return with repayment after 14 –16 months. The loan is secured by a real estate mortgage, share pledge, parent company guarantee and a pledge in bonds.
