Invest inPre sold terraced houses by Lake Mälaren

Invest in the construction of twelve tenant-ownership units in Strängnäs. Planning permission has been granted and five units have already been sold with binding advance agreements. The developer has previously raised capital via Tessin and five projects have been repaid thus far. The loan runs for up to approximately 18 months with 10% annual interest and it is secured by a real estate mortgage, a surety, a share pledge and a springing mortgage.
